Cancellation submitted with attached booking number and first and last name of the person responsible for payment before kl. 12:00 two days before the day of arrival will be refunded via Walley. Refund confirmation sent out by Walley. This may take a few days.
Cancellation submitted after kl. 12.00 two days before the day of arrival will not be refunded, except in the event of illness or injury when reimbursement is only made upon presentation of a medical certificate / injury report in accordance with SLAO's guidelines.
